Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is organized by Ayam Brand Singapore (Clouet Trading Pte Ltd).
   1. Each verified email entities 1 limited mini shopping bag. Only new Ayam Brand™ subscriber qualifies for this redemption.
   2. Eligible redemption will be via bluPort locker services. All redemption submissions are subject to verification at Ayam Brand™ sole discretion. Should you qualify, you will receive a SMS notification from blue to collect your gift at your chosen bluPort. Processing time requires a minimum of 2 days after closing date. Ayam Brand™ is not obligated to contact personnel who do not qualify for the redemption.
2. This promotion is valid from 1 July 2021 to 31 August 2021.
3. This promotion is open to all citizens and permanent residents living in Singapore except employees of Ayam Brand™ Singapore and Ayam Brand™'s advertising agencies, distributors, traders, retailers and online retailers, and immediate family members of these employees. Traders, distributors, retailers and online retailers purchasing in bulk for commercial purposes e.g.resale or export, are strictly not eligible for participation in this promotion.
4. Selection of successful redemption is on a first cocme first serve basis. Ayam Brand™ Singapore does not guarantee the availability of the premiums.
5. In the event that the seelcted bag is unavailable, Ayam Brand™ Singapore reserves the right to issue another bag design at random.
6. Redemption is capped at 1 for each new Ayam Brand™ newsletter subscriber. The shopping bags are WHILE STOCKS LAST ONLY and strictly not exchangeable.
7. Redemption items are not exchangeable for cash, credit or other items (including another redemption item) in part of in full.
8. Redemption items are redeemed on an "as is" basis, and all warranties and representations are expressly excluded to the fullest extent possible.
9. Ayam Brand™ Singapore decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
10. Ayam Brand™ may at its sole discretion, disqualify any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in these terms and conditions.
11. By participating in this redemption promotion, participants agree and hereby consent that Ayam Brand™ Singapore may collect, use and disclose personal data to its affiliates, service providers, partners, as provided in this entry, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and Ayam Brand™'s data protection policy available at HTTPS://AYAMBRAND.COM.SG/PRIVACY-POLICY.
    1. to administer this promotion, including to contact participant and to conduct verification and other actions in connection with this promotion;
    2. use the personal data for promotional, advertising (including target advertising) or marketing activities which Ayam Brand™ Singapore believes may be of interest to the participant;
    3. to send out marketing, advertising (include target advertising), communication and promotional materials to the participant relating to any products manufactured, marketed or sold by Ayam Brand™ Singapore and its affiliates, service providers and commercial partners.

Any information, personal data and material about or obtained from the participant may be accessed, stored or otherwise processed in any medium or format determined by Ayam Brand™ Singapore, and may be transmitted across national borders for storage and/or processing in accordance with the PDPA. By participating in this promotion, each participant agrees that Ayam Brand™ Singapore and its affiliates may collect, use and disclose his/her personal data (1) to provide him/her with products and services (including those of Ayam Brand™ Singapore's commercial partners), (2) for consumer research, promotional and marketing purposes, Ayam Brand™ Singapore and its affiliates may share his/her personal data with third parties to support their administrative and business functions or to carry out cross promotion. To extent permitted by law, Ayam Brand™ Singapore will not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim or damage suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this promotion and redemption items, and each participant of this promotiono and any person acting on his/her behalf shall release completely and indemnify Ayam Brand™ Singapore from any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred un connection therewith.
16. Any intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this promotion and the redemption items is in the property of their respective owners.
17. The terms and conditions of this promotion are governed by Singapore law, and participants of this promotion shall submit to exclusinve jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
