Spicy Mushroom Tapas
Ingredients:
- 
⅓ cup Ayam Brand™ Button Mushroom (420g), halved
 - 
2 garlic cloves, chopped
 - 
1 tbsp chili flakes
 - 
Salt to taste
 - 
80ml olive oil
 
Preparation:
- 
Heat oil in a frying pan, fry garlic till lightly brown and fragrant.
 - 
Next add in the chili and mushrooms and toss over high heat for 1 minute.
 - 
Season to taste and serve hot with bread.
