Soya Flakes Pokebowl
Ingredients:
- Ayam Brand™ Soya Flakes Chilli
- Ayam Brand™ Sweetcup Corn
- Ayam Brand™ Choppped Tomatoes
- Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk Super Light 330ml
- Ayam Brand™ Green Curry Paste 50g
- 6 pax cooked brown rice
- 1 cup edamame
- 1 small Japanese cucumber, chopped
- ½ diced mango
- ½ carrot, cut into thin strips
Preparation:
- In a small saucepan, add in the Ayam Brand™ Green Curry Paste and cook slightly.
- Pour in the Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk Super Light and let it simmer till it thickens.
- Set aside to cool down.
- In a bowl, add the cooked brown rice and the vegetables on top.
- Top the bowl with 1 spoon of Ayam Brand™ Choppped Tomatoes.
- Add 1 big scoop of Ayam Brand™ Soya Flakes Chilli in the middle of pokebowl.
- Add 1 big scoop of Ayam Brand™ Soya Flakes in the middle next to the Ayam Brand™ Soya Flakes Chilli.
- Drizzle sauce made in step 1.
