Ingredients :

  • 1 can Ayam Brand™ Chili Saba

  • 2 potatoes

  • 1 egg

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 sprig scallion (chopped)

  • 1 sprig parsley (chopped)

  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste⁣

 

Preparation:

  1. ⁣Fry or bake the potatoes until fully cooked.

  2. Mash the potatoes together with the chili saba, chopped parsley, and chopped scallion until well-combined.

  3. Add in the egg yolk, and mix well.

  4. Shape the potato mixture into small patties, and dip them into a bowl of beaten egg before frying them.

  5. Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven by lining a oven tray with baking sheet, and brushing each patties with egg wash and bake at 180°C for 4 - 6 minutes.
