Baked Beans and Chilli Tuna Shakshuka

Makes 4 servings


INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 150 ml skim milk
  • 80 g dried cranberries
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 20 g raw almonds, roughly chopped
  • pinch of cinnamon

 

PREPARATION

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
