INGREDIENTS
- 454 g pineapple chunks in syrup, drained
- ¼ cup castor sugar or
- ½ cup of honey, to taste
- 400 ml coconut milk
PREPARATION
- Blend coconut milk, pineapples and castor sugar/honey.
- Pour mixture into popsicle moulds and insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least six hours or overnight for best result.
