Baked Beans and Chilli Tuna Shakshuka

Makes 8 servings


INGREDIENTS

  • 454 g pineapple chunks in syrup, drained
  • ¼ cup castor sugar or
  • ½ cup of honey, to taste
  • 400 ml coconut milk

 

PREPARATION

  1. Blend coconut milk, pineapples and castor sugar/honey.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle moulds and insert popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze for at least six hours or overnight for best result.
