INGREDIENTS
- coffee
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon raw honey,
- optional
- 20 g coconut cream,
- chilled then whipped, optional
PREPARATION
- Make a cup of regular black coffee, then pour into a blender.
- Add one tablespoon of coconut oil, and if desired, a teaspoon of raw honey to sweeten.
- Place the lid on blender and pulse for approximately 30 seconds or until smooth.
- To serve, add whipped coconut cream.
