Baked Beans and Chilli Tuna Shakshuka

Makes 1 serving


  • coffee
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey,
  • optional
  • 20 g coconut cream,
  • chilled then whipped, optional



  1. Make a cup of regular black coffee, then pour into a blender.
  2. Add one tablespoon of coconut oil, and if desired, a teaspoon of raw honey to sweeten.
  3. Place the lid on blender and pulse for approximately 30 seconds or until smooth.
  4. To serve, add whipped coconut cream.
