Makes 2 servings
- 270 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml almond milk
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons desiccated coconut
- seasonal fresh fruits, and nuts
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Warm the coconut milk to room temperature.
- Add chia seeds and stir till the mixture thickens.
- When done, sprinkle desiccated coconut, add honey and your favourite fruit/nuts.
