Baked Beans and Chilli Tuna Shakshuka

Makes 2 servings


INGREDIENTS

  • 270 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons desiccated coconut
  • seasonal fresh fruits, and nuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey

 

PREPARATION

  1. Warm the coconut milk to room temperature.
  2. Add chia seeds and stir till the mixture thickens.
  3. When done, sprinkle desiccated coconut, add honey and your favourite fruit/nuts.
